I’m William D. Gibson, founder and CEO of Clear Shift Coaching.

For 20+ years, I have managed and led global partnerships in the cybersecurity industry for companies including GE, Arrow Electronics, Splunk, and SailPoint. I am guided by three core principles: Growth, Mindset, and Belief.

Along the way I earned my ICF ACC coaching credential. I felt compelled to show others how intentional habits and an adaptable mindset create the reality we live.. Our world offers unlimited opportunity, while the average person chases distractions they expect to satisfy them and still ends up unfulfilled. To become who you want to be requires honest self-examination and a decisive shift in beliefs and identity.
